Terms & Conditions
Booking
•  As this is a bespoke service quotes will be provided based on the clients requirements, confirmation of which will be agreed in writing. Quotes are valid up to 14 days.
•    Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a non- refundable deposit, this is 50% of the total cost.
•    Payment of the deposit will confirm the client agrees to the terms and conditions.
•    Payment methods by cheque, cash or bank transfer.
•    Full payment must be received one calendar month before the date of the required event. When an event is booked within the calendar month then full payment must be made immediately to secure the booking.
Cancellation
•    If the client should need to cancel, notice must be provided in writing. If notice is received more than one month prior to the event the deposit will be forfeited. If notice is received within one month then the full amount will be forfeited
•    If in the unlikely event we (B Spoke By Spike) need to cancel then all monies received will be fully refunded.
Vehicle breakdown
•    Every effort is made to maintain the vehicles in perfect order. However in the unlikely event a vehicle is unavailable for an event every effort will be made to provide a suitable replacement.
•     Should a vehicle breakdown during the event, attempts will be made to repair on scene (vehicles are covered by breakdown services).If however alternative transport is required this will be arranged and costs incurred covered by me.
•    We will not be responsible for additional travel costs that the client may incur as a result of unforeseen circumstances i.e. weather or breakdown.
Vehicle Damage
•     The client is responsible and liable for any damage to vehicles incurred by them. Costs will be charged accordingly and may include additional cleaning fees.
•    No smoking policy applies
•    No unauthorised consumption of food allowed
Photography
•     This may be used for promotional material, if the client does not agree to this please advise beforehand
Weather
•     Unfortunately we have no control of this. Should situations arise where events areaffected wewill try where possible to overcome or offer suitable alternatives.
Health, Safety and Welfare
•    Vehicles are fitted with seat belts and must be worn at all times
•   We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
•    Clients should make us aware of any additional welfare issues.
•    We are fully insured for the carriage of passengers and public liability.  I am first aid trained andvehicles carry first aid kits. Vehicles also carry fire extinguishers. All events are Risk Assessed, however whilst undertaking ALL activities it is the clients responsibility to ensure their own Health and Safety!
